During law school, Mr. Isgut served as a Law Clerk at the Litigation Department of the Puerto Rico Department of Justice. After his admission to the Puerto Rico Bar, he served as an Intern at the Office of Federal Public Defender for the District of Puerto Rico. His practice is concentrated in labor and employment. Mr. Isgut was admitted to the Puerto Rico Bar in 2011. He was also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico in 2011; and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 2014. Mr. Isgut’s practice is concentrated in labor and employment law. Mr. Isgut regularly appears before the EEOC, NLRB and the Puerto Rico Antidiscrimination Unit in representation of employing. Mr. Isgut defends employers in Puerto Rico State Court and Federal Court whom unjust termination claims, retaliation claims, ADEA, ADA and Title VII claims, and Puerto Rico discrimination claims.
